Police seek public’s help in convenience store robbery at 21st, Woodlawn

Wichita police are asking for the public’s help in solving a Convenience Mart robbery that happened at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at 21st and Woodlawn.

A Convenience Mart clerk told police a robber came in, pointed a handgun at her and demanded money, according to Lt. Dan East,spokesman for the Wichita Police Department.

The suspect left on foot with a small amount of cash.

No injuries were reported.

Anyone with information on the robbery are asked to call Wichita Police robbery detectives at 316-268-4177 or Crime Stoppers at 316-267-2111.
