An argument between neighbors over broken windows resulted in one man being cut by a knife, Wichita police said.

About 6:30 p.m. Monday, a 42-year-old accused his 53-year-old neighbor of breaking some windows at his house in the 500 block of South Oak, Police Lt. Dan East said. That’s southwest of Maple and Sycamore, near Lawrence-Dumont Stadium.

A the argument escalated, the 53-year-old pulled out a knife and cut the other man several times, East said. The 42-year-old was treated for minor injuries at Wesley Medical Center, he added.

The older man was arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and booked into the Sedgwick County Jail, East said.
