President Barack Obama’s former national security adviser will deliver a Landon Lecture at Kansas State University on April 15.

Thomas Donilon’s talk will be at 11:15 a.m. on that day in the university's McCain Auditorium, the university said in a prepared statement.

Donilon supervised the National Security Council staff, briefed Obama daily on national security, and helped oversee his foreign policy, intelligence and military efforts.

Donilon worked on the administration's counter terrorism strategy, including the attack that killed Osama bin Laden, the university statement said.
