One person has been injured in a two-vehicle collision that involved a motorcycle during the Monday morning commute in Wichita, authorities said.

The collision occurred at about 6:45 a.m. in the 3700 block of South Seneca, a Sedgwick County dispatch supervisor said. The man riding the motorcycle was taken to Via Christi Hospital St. Francis for treatment of his injuries.

Seneca remained open for rush hour traffic, since the collision occurred on a ramp linking Seneca with I-235.
