A 19-year-old Osage woman is dead after her passenger car ran off K-58 in Coffey County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported that Kelsey R. Gordon was fatally injured when she was ejected from the 2001 Oldsmobile at 2:35 p.m. Saturday. She was driving eastbound on K-58 when her vehicle left the road four miles west of Leroy, the highway patrol said. Gordon then overcorrected, causing the car to roll 2 1/2 times before it landed in a ditch on its roof.

She was alone in the car when the crash occurred, the highway patrol said.
