An Amber Alert that was issued for a 15-year-old Texas girl has been canceled because she is no longer believed to be in Kansas.

Nomei Velazquez was believed to be traveling on Interstate 35 through Kansas City, authorities said.

Velazquez may be with a possible suspect, Juan Fabian Arenas Delacruz. They could be in a silver 2004 Volkwagen Passat with Texas plate DF7T507.

Nomei is described as 4'11", weighing 120 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, black tennis shoes, carrying a brown purse and wearing glasses. Her nickname is Mimi.

Delacruz is 5'11 and 170 lbs., with some facial hair.
