Wichita man sentenced to life in prison following indecent liberties conviction

A 63-year-old Wichita man with a history of abusing children has been sentenced to life in prison without parole under Jessica’s Law.

Kenneth Boysaw was found guilty of aggravated indecent liberties with a child in Sedgwick County District Court, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office. He was accused of fondling a 6-year-old girl in a home on North Market last April.

Boysaw was previously convicted of attempted indecent liberties with a child in November 1979 in Topeka. He was later convicted of sexual assault of a child in February 1987 in Lincoln, Neb.
