Tuesday will be a bit warmer than Monday in the Wichita area, but not by much.

Highs will only reach the low 20s, forecasters say, with wind chills several degrees below 0. Skies will clear, however, with northeast winds easing later in the day and becoming variable.

Overnight lows will drop only a few degrees from Tuesday’s high, down into the upper teens, forecasters say. Wednesday will see highs climb into the upper 30s under mostly sunny skies. Winds will be light out of the south and southeast.

Thursday and Friday are shaping up to be in the upper 40s to low 50s, forecasters say, with a chance for a 60 or two over the weekend.
