"Everyone Counts" Point-in-Time Homeless Count

Hundreds of homeless gathered at Century II in Wichita for the United Way of the Plains "Everyone Counts" Point-in-Time Homeless Count where they were interviewed and provided haircuts, socks, hats, gloves, flu shots, vision, dental and hearing screening and personal hygiene items.
