Someone stole three vehicles on two occasions from the same residential property in the 10600 block of South Broadway, a Sedgwick County sheriff’s official said Wednesday.

The total loss was $20,500.

In the first theft from the property, between 3:30 and 8:15 p.m. this past Thursday, someone took a gold 2004 GMC Envoy and a white 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 from the driveway, sheriff’s Lt. David Mattingly said. In the second incident, between 3:30 p.m. Thursday and 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, someone stole a 2005 Honda CRF45OR motorcross-style motorcycle from the same property.

It’s reasonable to suspect that the same thief was involved in both incidents, Mattingly said.
