CBS reality show “The Amazing Race” will be in Wichita on Friday for a casting call. Wichitans who want to be considered for the show, which pits teams of two racing each other across the globe, will have a chance to audition at the Wichita Thunder game on Friday night. Aspiring contestants should fill out a set of forms available at www.wichitathunder.com/amazingracecastingcall.html and show up at Intrust Bank Arena.

The casting call will happen on the concourses, where those auditioning will be asked to talk on camera about why they want to be on the show. In addition, former reality television stars, including former “Big Brother” contestant and “Amazing Race” contestant Rachel Reilly, will be present.

The casting company says it’s last casting call in Wichita was in 2006, when it was looking for contestants to appear on “Survivor.”

The next season of “The Amazing Race,” an all-star season featuring past contestants, begins on Feb. 23 on KWCH, Channel 12.
