I have to wonder how many Kansas state troopers have been reassigned to our state’s western border to catch travelers who magically transform from law-abiding citizens into public enemy No. 1 simply by entering our state. What a waste of a valuable, highly trained group of individuals.

It’s the beginning of 2014. Have you started paying your tax penalty yet because you can’t, didn’t or won’t sign up for Obamacare?

A “no guns allowed” sign makes a business a more unsafe place, because there won’t be any good guys with guns to protect you from the bad guys who won’t pay any attention to the “no guns allowed” signs.
