Three men were arrested Monday night in connection with a gambling operation in south Wichita, police said.

Someone called 911 at 5:30 p.m. Monday to report a gambling operation at 2465 S. Seneca, Lt. Doug Nolte said.

“A couple guys went in there and claimed they played a game of luck,” Nolte said.

Officers went into the business and found a “machine dart game” that people were playing, Nolte said.

“They determined it was more luck versus skill” to win, he said. Authorities arrested three men and seized several items as well as more than $8,000 in cash, Nolte said.

A 38-year-old man was arrested at the business on Seneca, records show. Two men, ages 51 and 58, were arrested in the 1300 block of West Pawnee.
