Hays company buys Nebraska, Colorado cable TV systems

Eagle Communications in Hays has acquired cable TV systems in Colorado and Nebraska, the company said.

Eagle acquired the systems serving Central City, Neb., and Burlington, Colo., from Kearney, Neb.-based USA Communications, according to a news release.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Eagle has more than 270 employees and operates other cable TV systems and related services such as Internet and telephone in Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri and Colorado.
