Two men have been arrested in connection with a liquor store robbery in north Wichita earlier this week, police said.

Lopez Discount Liquor, which is in the 300 block of West 21st, was robbed by armed men at about 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, Lt. Doug Nolte said. Investigators were able to determine one of the suspects was a 34-year-old man who lived near the liquor store.

He was arrested in an apartment which is on the same block as the liquor store, police records show. A 19-year-old man was arrested in Planeview early Thursday evening.
