Wichita police are looking for whoever fired multiple shots late Friday toward a home in the 700 block of South Edwards, located west of Meridian and north of Kellogg.

Sgt. Bruce Watts said five people ranging in age from 1 to 51 were inside the residence when it was riddled with gunfire about 10 p.m. The occupants escaped unharmed, he said, but the suspect or suspects remained at large Saturday.

Watts did not have a description of either the vehicle used in the attack or the perpetrators. Law enforcement officers found several shell casings at the scene, according to emergency scanner traffic late Friday.
