A woman was robbed after she left the Mead’s Corner coffee house downtown at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday, police said.

She told police that a man followed her to her car, pushed her and took a black bag with a laptop in it, said Wichita police Lt. Doug Nolte.

Employees of the coffee shop told police the woman’s description matches that of a man, who is apparently homeless, they have seen in the neighborhood several times.

Police have not made any arrests, Nolte said.
