Wichita State’s volleyball team beat Bradley 3-1 (22-25, 25-11, 25-19, 25-17) on Saturday in Peoria, Ill.

Ashley Andrade had 16 kills, eight blocks and a .600 attack percentage for the Shockers. Sam Sanders added 13 kills, setter Chelsey Feekin had 44 assists, 10 digs and a pair of service aces, and Dani Mostrom had a career-high 30 digs.

WSU led the first set 9-3, but Bradley countered with a 10-2 run to take a lead it never relinquished the rest of the set.

The Shockers dominated the second set from the start, taking a 7-0 lead and stretching it to 19-8.

WSU grabbed control of the third set when Bradley committed consecutive hitting errors to put WSU ahead 14-11, and the lead grew 22-14 before the Shockers finished out the set.

In the fourth set the Shockers scored seven straight points to build a 14-7 lead and cruised to victory.

WSU stayed atop the Missouri Valley Conference standings with the win, and only Northern Iowa is in position to catch WSU. The Shockers (25-6, 14-3 MVC) have one match left and can do no worse than tie for the title with a win.

Wichita State finishes the regular season on Friday at Missouri State. UNI wraps up next weekend with home matches against Bradley and Loyola.
