An 82-year-old man who went missing from east Wichita on Friday has been found, police said.

The Silver Alert issued for Robert “Bob” Wolff was cancelled after he was located Friday evening, according to the Wichita Police Department’s Facebook page. He was reported missing at 5:45 p.m. when he had not been seen or heard from following a visit with relatives at 1151 N. Rock Road.

Police spokesman Lt. Doug Nolte said authorities were concerned for his welfare because he is diabetic and has shown early signs of dementia.
