Police: Woman wields glass vase, skillet in attack on ex-boyfriend

She was so mad at her ex-boyfriend she hit him and kicked him, police say.

But that wasn’t enough, so she hit the 60-year-old man with a glass vase so hard it broke. Later, she hit him with a skillet.

And just for good measure, she broke out a front window in his house. He finally had enough, calling police on Monday night to report her 24-hour rampage, Lt. Doug Nolte said.

The 33-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of several crimes at the house in the 1600 block of South Parkwood. That’s near Harry and Edgemoor in southeast Wichita.

The victim was not seriously injured, Nolte said.
