It’s been almost a year since the city of Wichita required trash haulers to offer curbside recycling and pay-as-you-throw options.

To encourage competitive pricing, the city also established an interactive website at wichita.gov that lets residents record their hauler, what they pay for trash service and the services offered.

Have the changes affected you?

The Eagle wants to know.

Have you changed your recycling habits? Have you asked your hauler to provide a smaller container so you can pay less?

Are you paying more or less for trash service?

We want to hear what you think of the plan and what suggestions you might have. To tell us through the Public Insight Network, go to kansas.com/publicinsight and click on the link under “Current PIN surveys.”
