Fire damages house in southeast Wichita

Fire damaged a house in southeast Wichita early Friday morning, authorities said.

The fire was reported just after 3:30 a.m. at 4314 E. Wilma, a Sedgwick County dispatch supervisor said. That’s near Harry and Oliver.

Fire crews arriving on the scene reported seeing flames coming from the house, the supervisor said. It took firefighters about 20 minutes to extinguish the blaze.

No injuries were reported. A cause and damage estimate have not been released.
