Autumn & Art this weekend

Autumn & Art, an annual fine arts festival, runs Friday through Sunday on Bradley Fair Parkway, the street behind the shopping center, and will feature art for sale, food, childrens’ activities and more. The festival is free and runs from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. There’s also a VIP party Friday evening for $75. Car art, car movie

The Go Away Garage at 508 S. Commerce is screening the 1971 classic car movie “Vanishing Point” at 8 p.m. Friday. The showing coincides with the Chrome Smokes and Flames show, which runs through Oct. 18 at the gallery and features the work of accomplished automotive artists. Admission is free. Snoopy on stage

Friends University’s musical “Snoopy!” billed as the musical sequel to “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” opens Thursday and runs through Sept. 22 at the Riney Fine Arts Center’s Sebits Auditorium. The show, which is appropriate for families, will be directed by theater major Andrew Denton as part of his senior project. Show times are 7:30 p.m. Thursday through Sept. 21 and 2 p.m. Sept. 22. Tickets are $11 for adults, $9 for seniors and students and can be purchased at friends.edu/finearts or by calling the Box Office at 316-295-5677.
