Bret Michaels, Melissa Etheridge to perform in Salina

Two big shows at the Stiefel

Two well-known singers will perform at Salina’s Stiefel Theatre this week. On Friday, former Poison lead singer Bret Michaels will perform at 8 p.m. Tickets to his show are $49 and $58. Then on Wednesday, Grammy winner Melissa Etheridge, known for songs such as “Come to My Window,” will perform at 8 p.m. Tickets to her show are $59, $69 and $85. Tickets to both shows are available at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 785-827-1998.

Seether at the Cotillion

Seether, a South African alternative metal band known for hits such as “Broken” and “Remedy,” will perform at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Cotillion, 11120 W. Kellogg. Doors open at 7 p.m. The opening acts are 10 Years and Eye Empire. General admission tickets are $29 in advance or $33 the day of the show. All ages will be admitted. Vaudeville and Burlesque

The American Rose Theater will put on “Vaudelesque,” a Vaudeville and burlesque revue, at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Forum Theatre, 147 S. Hillside. Doors open at 7 p.m. The show will feature performers from Dr. Dillinger’s Freaks & Floozies, local chef Tanya Tandoc, and several performers from Kansas City Vaudeville.
