Wichita police are investigating a shooting in the 1100 block of South Prairie Park Road, near Woodlawn and Harry, early Sunday morning.

After officers arrived, shortly after 2 a.m., they found a 20-year-old man who had been shot five times. A woman called 911 to report a man outside her residence, said Sgt. Bart Brunscheen, spokesman for the Wichita Police Department.

The man was rushed in serious condition to Wesley Medical Center. He was reported to have been uncooperative with police with details of what had happened.
