Regarding a comment that “deadbeat dads aren’t held accountable”: Children are hurting because some moms have more interest in going out to party and meet new boyfriends than in taking care of their kids. But I’ve never heard of a deadbeat mom.
How about holding moron moms accountable, too? Quite a few divorced ones feel their job is over after producing a baby. Waiting on your child support checks to fund your beer and smokes isn’t what I call being a responsible parent either.
I don’t know why people go to concerts performed by bands that wouldn’t come here when they were in their prime. Who wants to go see a bunch of 60-year-old rockers?
As I was coming out of Menards on Webb, I dropped my debit card and this nice gentleman called out and then handed me the card. I just want to thank him again. We have some very nice people in Wichita.
