Police chief to speak Monday at Wichita Independent Neighborhoods meeting

Wichita Police Chief Norman Williams will be the featured speaker at Wichita Independent Neighborhoods’ bi-monthly general meeting, set for 5:30 p.m. Monday in downtown Wichita.

Discussion topics are expected to include the police department’s community policing efforts, officer response times and animal control, the group said in an e-mailed release.
