City Arts to host display of artwork by developmentally disabled

Artwork by people with developmental disabilities will be on display at City Arts.

More than 200 entries from an art competition held by the Arc of Sedgwick County will be on display from July 24 through Aug. 24.

City Arts is hosting a reception for special guests on July 24 and a public open house to coincide with Final Friday on July 26.

The Arc of Sedgwick County is a nonprofit organization that provides education, support and services to people with disabilities.

City Arts is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. City Arts stays open until 9 p.m. on Final Fridays.
