Pachyderm talk to focus on Kansas water needs

David Barfield, chief engineer with the Kansas Department of Agriculture Division of Water Resources, will speak at the Pachyderm Club lunch in Wichita on Friday.

Barfield’s talk is titled, “Adapting Kansas Water Law to Meet Current & Future Needs.”

The event is from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the Petroleum Club on the ninth floor of the Bank of America Building, 100 N. Broadway. The cost is $10 for lunch.
