Jazz guitarist at Bradley Fair

Continuing its free summer jazz concert series, Bradley Fair will host Denny Jiosa, a jazz guitarist, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the shopping center at 21st and Rock Road.

Every Thursday in June, Bradley Fair puts on a concert in the plaza overlooking the lake. Newport Grill will sell cocktails and soft drinks. Guests should bring lawn chairs.

Jiosa is an Indiana native who has been recording jazz and blues albums since 1995. He has been nominated for four Grammys for his recording engineering work on albums.

Old Crow Medicine Show at the Cotillion

Nashville-based Americana and bluegrass band Old Crow Medicine Show will perform at 8 p.m. Monday at the Cotillion, 11120 W. Kellogg.

The band is best-known for its hit song, “Wagon Wheel,” which has been covered by country singer Darius Rucker in recent years. Singer-songwriter Parker Millsap, a 19-year-old Oklahoma native, will open the show.

Old Crow Medicine Show at the Cotillion

The band 13 Spigots will perform at the Artichoke Sandwich Bar, 811 N. Broadway, at 8 p.m. Friday. Admission is $5. The band's playlist for the evening will include vintage folk, rock and country, as well as some originals.
