Tornado warning has been issued

Tornado sirens have sounded in downtown Wichita. The sky has turned black in downtown Wichita.

Quarter size hail is falling.

Radar has indicated possible funnel clouds near Viola. A confirmed tornado was located near Clearwater. And a funnel was spotted near the Mid-Continent Airport.

Weather spotters have confirmed at least two tornados with the storm.

The Maize High School and Bishop Carroll High School graduation ceremonies scheduled for Sunday have been postponed.

At 3:35 p.m. hail was falling in downtown Wichita. At 3:36 large tornado on the ground was headed toward Wichita Mid-Continent Airport was reported.

Golf ball size hail has been reported with this storm which is expected to hit Wichita by 3:50 p.m.
