A 31-year-old woman told Wichita police she was raped about 3:20 a.m. Saturday while walking home from her brother’s house.

The woman said she was near 19th and Santa Fe when three men in a Ford cab truck passed by her. They asked if she needed a ride, Sgt. Bruce Watts said, and she declined. She told police the truck turned around, and she started walking down Santa Fe.

Watts said the woman reported hearing gravel and the truck coming toward her. The woman said the next thing she remembered was waking up near the railroad tracks with her clothing torn.

The woman suffered multiple injuries, Watts said.

She said the truck had a turquoise top that faded to gray toward the bottom and though it was a ’90s model.
