Bataan Death March survivor will be among WWII vets on Honor Flight

A Bataan Death March survivor from Wichita will be among 27 World War II veterans to travel Wednesday morning to see their memorial and other sights in Washington, D.C.

Eddie Graham, 95, will be among the 24 vets who will fly out of Wichita Mid-Continent Airport and return Friday at 4:45 p.m. Three vets will fly out of Kansas City International.

Graham will travel with his brother, Don Graham, a Korean War veteran from Hutchinson.

The trip is sponsored by Hutchinson-based Kansas Honor Flight. There is no charge for the veterans.

Two other trips are planned this year June 19-21 and July17-19.
