Man reports being robbed by three women

A man suffered a lacerated chin when he was robbed by three women early Sunday morning in east Wichita, police said.

The 26-year-old victim said he was jumped at about 5 a.m. at a gas station at 21st and Erie, Lt. Doug Nolte said. While he saw no weapons, he told police, he felt something sharp scrape his chin.

The women took his wallet, which contained $10, Nolte said. The man contacted a friend, who took him to Wesley Medical Center for treatment.
