Ladybug the Busy Bee, a 5-year-old female boxer mix, is available for adoption from Kansas Humane Society.

I’m pretty happy all time. In fact, there isn’t really a time when my tail isn’t wagging. I bet we can have some great times together. You should come to KHS and visit with your new best friend.

Also available:

•  Violet the Goofball, 7 1/2-year-old female pointer-border collie mix

I hear you’re looking for an awesome companion. Well look no further. I love car rides and hanging out with people and I’m housetrained. Pretty much the best combination, right? You should come down to KHS to see just how much of a perfect match we are.

•  Porky the Executive, 6-year-old male cat, domestic shorthair mix

I’m ready to take charge; that’s why I’m called an executive. I’m capable of making the tough decisions. Am I having tuna or salmon for dinner? The executive in me says both. I’ve had experience working with other animals as well. I’ve lived with cats and dogs. You should stop by KHS and see just how well we work together.

•  Tucker the Secret Admirer, 2 1/2-year-old male cat, domestic shorthair mix

I love affection, but once in a while I don't mind being given time to myself – time to relax in a recliner or a sun spot on the floor. Ah, those are the best moments. though I would like to share them with you. You should visit me at KHS. I can’t wait to start spending time with you.

•  Sandy the Rabbit, age unknown, female American rabbit

I’m probably the softest rabbit you’ve ever met. I enjoy hanging out with people, especially if they’re feeding me timothy hay. I’d make a great first-time pet. You should visit me at KHS today.
