Someone broke into an east Wichita business over the weekend and stole four trucks, police said.

The trucks were taken from Power Lift Foundation Repair at 621 N. Beech, Lt. Doug Nolte said. That’s east of Webb Road and just north of Central.

The vehicles were taken sometime between late Friday night and Sunday afternoon, he said. They were reported missing shortly after 5 p.m. Sunday.

“They’re special trucks used for work, and they will be distinctive,” Nolte said.

One of the four trucks has been recovered at 1250 N. Broadway, he said. A 24-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the recovered vehicle.

The trucks all have the business name on the side doors. Anyone who sees the stolen trucks is encouraged to call 911, Nolte said.
