Gypsy the Goofball, a 3-year-old female purebred German Shorthaired Pointer, is available for adoption from Kansas Humane Society.

Hi, how are you? Me? I’m just great. I’m pretty happy all the time. In fact, there isn’t really a time when my tail isn’t wagging. I bet we could have some great times together. You should come to KHS and visit with your new best friend.

Also available:

• Annie the Wallflower, 6-year-old female German Shorthaired Pointer mix

Hi, Annie here, just wanting to say that I think we’d be perfect for each other. I love to go on walks and be outside. I prefer doing these things with someone else. It all sounds much better when you’re there. You should come to KHS to see just how much of a perfect match we are.

• Big Daddy the Personal Assistant, 9-year-old male cat, domestic medium-hair mix

What’s the best part of having a cat as a personal assistant? Well, I have the power to clear your schedule of boring tasks and set up an all-day kitty meeting where we’ll play with string and take naps. You should visit with me at KHS right away.

• Blazer the Secret Admirer, 12-year-old male cat, domestic medium-hair mix

I love affection, but once in a while I don't mind being given time to myself. Time to relax in a recliner or a sun spot on the floor. Ah, those are the best moments, though I would like to share them with you.

• Sandy the Rabbit, age unknown, female American rabbit

Hi, my name is Sandy. I’m probably the softest rabbit you’ve ever met. I enjoy hanging out with people, especially if they’re feeding me timothy hay. I’d make a great first-time pet. You should visit me at KHS today.
