Lt. Doug Nolte praised the man for alerting police, calling his report “an excellent example” of police receiving cooperation from the public.

Police arrested a 43-year-old man, a 42-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman on suspicion of burglary, theft and criminal destruction of property.
