The Arc of Sedgwick County will host its annual community and celebrity auction benefit Saturday.

The proceeds are used to sponsor programs and community involvement for the Shooting Stars. The Shooting Stars Self Advocates program helps support, educate and engage local community members with special needs.

This year’s event begins at 9 a.m. Saturday at The Arc of Sedgwick County, 2919 W. Second St. Suggested donation is $15 per person; $10 if purchased prior to the event. It includes a bid number, food and drinks.

The silent auction closes at 6:50 p.m.; the live auction begins at 7 p.m. A light buffet dinner is from 5 to 6:50 p.m.

For more information, call 316-943-1191 or go to www.arc-sedgwickcounty.org to purchase tickets or view sale items online.
