Police: armed robber holds up Flying Eagle at 21st, Woodlawn

A man brandishing a handgun on Tuesday night held up a convenience store near 21st and Woodlawn, Wichita police said Wednesday.

A 26-year-old female clerk told police the man came into the Flying Eagle, 6330 E. 21st St., about 10:30 p.m. and took an undetermined amount of cash, Lt. Steve Kenney said.

The man left on foot, Kenney said.
