Dennis Kerschen takes over as president of the Law Co.

Rich Kerschen is stepping down as president of Wichita construction contractor the Law Company, and is being succeeded by Dennis Kerschen, senior vice president of business development marketing.

Rich Kerschen will remain as chairman of the board.

Dennis Kerschen has worked in the field as an assistant superintendent, superintendent, estimator and project manager, according to an e-mail from the company.

Doug Kimple and Marc Porter were promoted to executive vice president. Kimple is responsible for construction operations and Porter will continue as chief financial officer and director of administration.

Josh Gordon was named treasurer and Kevin Huber was named chief estimator.
