Subway shop in northeast Wichita robbed

An armed person robbed a northeast Wichita sandwich shop Saturday evening, a Sedgwick County dispatch supervisor said.

The robbery was reported at 8:45 p.m. at Subway, 6100 E. 21st St., the dispatcher said. That’s near Woodlawn.

Further details, including a suspect description or whether the robber was in police custody, were not immediately available.
