Authorities on Friday arrested two men in connection with a series of residential burglaries after neighbors saw the pair kick in the front door of a Wichita house, Wichita police Sgt. Bruce Watts said.

Witnesses told police the men, ages 19 and 21, fled in a gray Chevy Malibu from the home, in the 3500 block of West 15th North, near West Street, around 11 a.m., Watts said. Officers later spotted the Malibu and arrested the men after finding stolen property from the house on 15th Street and at least three other recent residential burglaries in the car, he said.

The men were booked into Sedgwick County jail on multiple felony charges, Watts said.
