How good does it get to wake up on a Sunday morning with a great Shocker win and a beautiful snow?

I am looking at the list of Sweet 16 teams, and I see WSU and KU but I don’t see K-State. What’s up with that?

Some sports commentator said WSU’s boys played like “junkyard dogs.” If that is what it takes, then we’ll take it. We won. What an amazing team Wichita has. We’re going to the Sweet 16. Go, Shocks.

I’ve got both Wichita State games on the DVR and I plan to watch both of them again every night this week. Anyone want to come over?

I have some good advice for Ben McLemore of the KU basketball team. I suggest he forget about turning pro after his freshman season and stay at KU for at least two more years. He is not ready for pro ball. He needs more experience on the fundamentals. There is more to the game than shooting.

Politically and financially, our country has gone downhill ever since.

Is there any flint in the Flint Hills?

It’s irritating that The Eagle’s articles on the candidates, as well as the 2013 Voter Guide, do not say what political party they claim. It could help one understand where they are coming from.

If marijuana is so necessary to your health and well-being, as you claim, then I would think that you would want to move to one of the few downward-spiraling and shortsighted states where it is allowed.
