Investigators for the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office are seeking help from the public in identifying who stole more than $20,000 worth of vehicles from a garage in Peck recently.

Someone entered an unlocked detached garage in Peck sometime between Feb. 23 and March 13 and took a Mach 1 boat, a Honda 4-wheeler, two small 4-wheelers and a go-kart, Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Lt. David Mattingly said.

The stolen property has a combined value of $22,500. A neighbor reported seeing a red Dodge pickup bearing a Texas license plate in the area during the same timeframe as the burglary, Mattingly said.

Anyone with information linked to the case is asked to call 911, he said.
