Drive-by shooting reported in north Wichita

No one was injured in a drive-by shooting reported in north Wichita early Wednesday morning, authorities said.

Someone fired several shots at a house in the 2400 block of North Minnesota shortly after 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, police records show. That’s northeast of 21st and I-135.

Two women, ages 54 and 52, and a child were inside the house at the time of the shooting, the report states. Evidence of the shooting was found during an investigation.

No suspect description was given.
