One person was sent to the hospital in critical condition after two cars crashed in an east Wichita intersection Saturday evening.
The collision happened around 8:30 p.m. at Douglas and Woodlawn, a Sedgwick County dispatch supervisor.
The victim, who was downgraded from serious to critical condition en route to the hospital, was taken to Wesley Medical Center for treatment, the dispatch supervisor said.
No one else was hurt.
