A tree-trimming truck rolled as the driver was negotiating an access ramp in west Wichita Friday afternoon, authorities said.
The accident occurred at 2:41 p.m. as the truck was taking the ramp from southbound I-235 to westbound Kellogg, authorities said. The driver suffered minor injuries but declined medical treatment at the scene.
Dispatchers initially had believed the vehicle was a school bus, with no students on board.
The truck came to rest in the median next to Kellogg, blocking a lane of traffic.
