6 arrests from weekend saturation patrol

Six people were arrested during a saturation patrol conducted last weekend by the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office.

Four adults were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and one for driving with a suspended driver’s license as well as attempting to flee and elude, Lt. David Mattingly said. A minor was arrested for possessing alcohol.

A total of 18 citations were issued for various traffic violations, Mattingly said. The patrol was conducted from 11 p.m. Saturday until 3 a.m. Sunday.
