AT&T union workers ratify new contract

AT&T said Monday that employees represented by the Communication Workers of America in Kansas and four other states have ratified a four-year contract with the telecommunications company.

AT&T said in a news release that the contract covers about 20,000 employees who work in its wireline business and are represented by CWA District 6.

Besides Kansas, those employees work in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
